This week Top 10 Tuesday is focusing on re-reads. I have done a couple of those posts before. (Find them HERE and HERE.) So, as a tweak of the meme, I am featuring new-to-me authors that I read over the past year or so that are now must-read authors. Those first books blew me away, so I will be reading more of their books. My list includes the books I have on my TBR list to read next as well.
Top New-To-Me Must Read Authors
Becoming Mrs. Lewis by Patti Callahan
Collision of Lies by Tom Threadgill
Engraved on The Heart by Tara Johnson
The Gryphon Heist by James R. Hannibal
In The Shadow of Croft Towers by Abigail Wilson
The Medallion by Cathy Gohlke
A Mosaic of Wings by Kimberly Duffy
The Number of Love by Roseanna M. White
The Plum Blooms in Winter by Linda Thompson
My Dearest Dietrich by Amanda Barratt
Becoming Mrs. Lewis was a very interesting read.
My post.
It was. Thanks again for sharing your list.
Lots of good ones here. I was privileged to read both of Linda Thompson’s books and they are superb! Love Rosanna’s books as well. I am a long time devourer of her books. I have a few of Tara Johnson’s but have not yet read them. Loved Kimberly Duffy’s debut and am looking forward to her new one. Can’t get enough of Abigail Wilson. And Amanda Barratt is tops! Cathy Gohlke is a favorite and Tom Threadgill’s book was mesmerizing, can’t wait to read the next one. I haven’t read the other two authors but who knows, I just might!
Thanks for this incredible post!
Thanks, Paula! Happy reading!
Beckie and Paula, thanks so very much to you both!! It’s an incredible privilege to appear on such a wonderful list of books and authors. Can’t wait to read some of these myself!!
I haven’t read any of these authors yet. I’m going to have to look them up and see if any of their books are ones that catch my eye.
🙂
I very much agree with Roseanna White and Cathy Gohlke! As you said, the first books I read by them blew me away. I’ve read five books in a row by Roseanna and am on my sixth. James Hannibal was one of the speakers at the virtual writer’s conference I attended. His session was so riveting that I didn’t even take notes at first–I was caught up in what he was saying. That made me want to read his books even though his genre is outside my normal reading fare.
I am a big suspense fan, so his books were right up my alley. I have had Chasing The White Lion on my TBR shelf way too long!
