Happy Tuesday! Today’s TTT topic is a Cover Freebie. I went with something very simple — main characters on book covers. While I like lots of cover styles, it is always interesting to see how the publishers/authors envision the main characters. I have heard that traditional publishers vary in the input from authors when it comes to cover art, but we know that with an indie author, what you see is what is in their imagination. The books on my list are from recent reads. I hope you find one to love.

Yes!
That green dress is lovely!
I do like people on the cover, and I think most books I read do have people on them. Have a great week!
It’s a tossup with having people on the covers. If it’s done well, then great. But I’ve seen it done very horribly as well.
Here is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!
A great collection of covers.
Here’s my TTT for the week: https://readbakecreate.com/favorite-covers-for-the-murder-of-roger-ackroyd/
Usually when I think of people on the cover I think of romance novels, but most of these look super impactful and serious and the person on the front really helps convey that! Great choice today 😀
Miss Beth Bettencourt looks interesting! Thanks for sharing 🙂
Interesting! I like people on book covers, but I usually prefer not to see too much of their faces, especially when the cover model/illustration doesn’t match the character’s description in the book. That bugs.
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
