Books For Zambia

10 Nov

Christmas shopping for the person that has everything?  Have I got a gift suggestion for you! Sherry over at Semicolon is organizing a preschool book drive for an orphanage in Zambia.  She has an Amazon wish list if you would like to participate. Check out her site for info on the project. Also, for more info on the orphanage itself, click here.

This year, consider giving a gift that will honor your loved one and make a lasting difference.

You are very welcome. My husband and I are planning on ordering some books.

I can dive right into the middle of a book series if the series’ story
    doesn’t run chronologically.

That is to say, if each novel in a series is a stand-alone story (like Lee
Child’s Reacher novels) then I don’t feel the need to start with book one.

On the other hand, a series of books (like Richard Hatch’s Battlestar
Galactica novels) can’t be read out of sequence since each new book builds
upon the story of the previous entry in the series.

    Happy Book Blogger Hop Friday!
