I have been a nag, bully, proponent of Christian fiction for some time now. Not only can you be sure of a clean read, but you get a book that encourages, enlightens, or just plain entertains. It’s no surprise — God is the master storyteller! And when you have an author who wants to bring glory to Him, then you are sure to have a winner. So when the folks at The Broke And The Bookish set this week’s theme as Books I Am Thankful For, I knew I would have a hard time sticking to just 10. I decided to pick the books I have read in 2017 that made me think, taught me something, or were a joy to read. I kept the list to an even dozen. Oh my goodness. Thank you for including A Trail of Crumbs! This was a sweet discovery.
Looking forward to continuing Pearl’s story in a few weeks. Look for that to make my TTT Winter TBR List next week. 😉
Oh! Thank you so much! I’ll keep my eyes open. <3
🙂
I’m always rather excited when I stumble across lists such as yours–books I haven’t read yet, but that are loved well enough by another reader to rate on a “top ten” list.
Out of all of these, True to You is the only one I’ve read yet, but I do have some of the others just waiting to be read…and now there are also others to add to my TBR stack. Thanks for the recommendations!
You are very welcome! Hope you enjoy!
