This week the folks at The Broke And The Bookish are talking about books that are perfect for the beach, the pool or the mountain lake — anywhere where you can sit and relax and absorb a good book. To find out what other bloggers are recommending, click HERE.

The following are books that I intend to read this summer; books that are part of my never-ending TBR List. I’m not sure if I will see sand and surf this year, so the books are those that will accompany me on my weekend road trips, vacation and time spent sitting next to my pool. What are you reading this summer, with or without sand?

What are you reading this summer?

I’m not sure I’ll be seeing the beach either this summer but these all look like they’d be lovely pool or road trip reads. Most of them are new to me but the covers are gorgeous and some have really caught my eye. I’m curious about My Father’s House and Sea Rose Lane especially. I’ll definitely have to check them out.
You can’t go wrong with Irene Hannon. I’m looking forward to Rose’s book too. Thanks for commenting!
several of these are on my summer TBR list as well!! Can’t wait to dive into them!! 🙂 My TTT
I took the easy way out today! But I am giving next week’s theme some considerable thought — between reading of course! 😉
